We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too!

Your responsibilities...

  • Ensure that existing tenants seeking to transfer are provided with correct support and advice around housing options
  • Ensure vulnerable applicants who have difficulty accessing the Choice Based Lettings Scheme have equal access to all parts of the allocations process
  • Ensure the processes, systems, policies, and procedures are adhered to and to contribute to the development of any reviews
  • Commitment to achieving excellent performance and delivering excellent lettings services, particularly in relations to Regulatory Bodies
  • Undertake project work as and when required
  • Give advice and assistance to anyone with housing issues or queries including information on housing options
  • Assist with the marketing and promotion of those properties that do not go through Choice Based Lettings process
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the local market and competitors in the area to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Understand the company’s business priorities and use the daily structure to ensure you are focused on key activities that achieve the core objectives
  • Collate reliable, accurate, and timely management information for Senior Management
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the Housing Acts 1985, 1988, 1996 and subsequent or relevant statutes, case law and policy relating to the management and provision of accommodation
