What are we looking for?
We have a really exciting opportunity for a Asset Data Administrator Apprentice to join us on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2024. You will be give all the tools and support during your apprenticeship so that you can really shine throughout your time with us, in turn making a real difference to our customers.
So what’s the role all about?
As a Asset Data Administrator Apprentice, you will be providing administrative support to the Asset Management team ensuring PA Housing deliver excellent services to residents, achieving the highest client satisfaction whilst providing value for money and assisting in maintaining PA Housing’s stock to high standards. This person will assist the Asset Data Manager in maintaining and updating our property data within Northgate and Keystone.
This role can offer hybrid working, meaning you will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days a week with the rest being from home, however we may need you to be in the office more within your probation, whilst you get up to speed.
Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Support the Asset Data Manager and colleagues within Asset Management as and when required
- Create new properties on Northgate once Development have completed the Property Building spreadsheet
- Manage the asset amendment process to ensure Northgate is updated accordingly
- Support the process of updating Keystone with Asbestos survey data
- To assist the Asset Data Manager to actively identify data discrepancies and correct in accordance with the data approval process
- To book and maintain appointments for the surveyors and contractors, using Foundation to schedule jobs where appropriate
- Meeting and diary management for the Asset Management team
- Provide administrative support in meetings to take and distribute minutes
- Process invoices ready for authorising
- Respond to telephone/email/written enquiries, projecting a positive image of PA Housing by providing an excellent level of customer service to the services’ internal and external customers
To be successful in this role, we’d be looking for the following…
- Experience of dealing with people and excellent customer service skills
- Good administrative experience
- Intermediate level Microsoft Word including mail merge, Excel and Outlook
