Job Description

Are you all about organising, coordinating, and keeping things moving behind the scenes? Help us deliver safer, better homes for our residents!

Do you have a knack for organisation and a passion for getting things done? If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, then this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a Programme Delivery Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity, and customer focus to our Asset Management team. You’ll play a vital part in supporting planned and major works in our residents’ homes, making a real difference to the communities we serve.

This isn’t your typical 9 to 5 – this is your chance to make an impact in people’s lives while working for an organisation that’s constantly evolving to do better.

What’s in it for you….

In addition to the salary, we offer a number of benefits, including:

• High street discount schemes

• Health cash plans

• 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more

• Flexible Bank Holidays – take them when it suits you

• Car leasing scheme

• Hybrid working – offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.*

What you’ll be doing……

  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and diary management for the Programme Delivery and wider Asset Management team

  • Supporting surveyors and planned works through appointment scheduling and document management

  • Monitoring project progress and managing documentation

  • Taking accurate minutes at contractor and strategy meetings

  • Keeping asset data up to date and maintaining effective records

  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and CRM – always delivering excellent service

  • Helping the team communicate project updates across the organisation and to residents

We recommend you read the full job description to get a really good understanding of what the role entails, you can find this as a downloadable attachment at the bottom of the advert.

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone who:

  • Has at least two years’ administrative experience in a busy team environment

  • Is a confident communicator with great written and verbal skills

  • Can juggle tasks and prioritise like a pro

  • Is experienced in using Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word mail merge, and Outlook)

  • Brings a positive, customer-first attitude

  • Is proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to learn

If you’ve worked with housing or asset management systems before, that’s a plus – but not essential.

At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability. Our work is about people – not just properties – and we’re always looking for ways to do better. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you.
